What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged — just ask.
Is there parking on-site?
Street parking is available no private parking
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect our neighbours. Outdoor music must be lowered after 10:00 PM.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival. 50% refund up to 7 days before arrival. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
Can we host events on the patio?
The patio can be rented for small events (Birthdays/Baby showers etc.)
Is smoking or are pets allowed?
Smoking is allowed outdoor only. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
How do I get to the villa from the airport?
We’re minutes from Douglas-Charles (Melvin Hall) Airport. We can arrange a private transfer on request — just message us when booking.
